Where are we?

Located in the heart of Cantabrian Spain, Asturias delights in the geographical features which make it a true natural paradise. Its gentle temperate climate and comfortable summer weather invites both the cultural and rural tourist as well as the beach lover.

Fresh air enthusiasts can practise land sports such as climbing, trekking or horse riding, or the water sports of sailing, wind surfing, and sea or fresh water fishing.  Asturias also has a number of excellent sports centres, several 9-hole golf courses and a light air craft field.

Oviedo, the capital of the Principality of Asturias is set 28 kms from the coast. This modern, classical city has a great historical and cultural heritage, from the pre-romanic monuments, to the 16th century old quarter and university.
